With over three decades of experience in the field of water and wastewater engineering, John has served as the Program Manager for the award-winning $3 billion DC Water Clean Rivers Program to address combined sewer overflows and mitigate chronic flooding in the capital city. His experience includes the full scope of design, feasibility studies, evaluation of existing facilities, and program management of large, multi-disciplined projects requiring the coordination of multiple subcontractors.  His expertise includes combined sewer overflow studies and facility design, sanitary facilities, water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations and force mains, and distribution systems.
