Within the company since 2016, he has contributed to strengthening TYLin presence in Italy, establishing the sister company since 2022. As the Italy Country Manager, Moreno’s responsibilities encompass technical management, oversight of staff, economic analysis, adherence to deadlines, and ensuring the technical quality of projects.

Moreno’s tunnelling expertise applies across various sectors, including metro, road, railway, and hydraulic projects, spanning both tender and construction stages. His experience derived from the key role played in various geographical areas spanning from Europe to South and North America, the Middle East, India and China.

He also participates in tunnelling activities for international communities. He gave lectures about Segmental Lining Design for the Tunnelling master at the “Politecnico di Torino” since 2000.
